I was actually sitting back with a big grin, but because I was pleased with the reactions the image elicited. I was planning to reveal my own ideas about it, but I like different interpretations and I decided not to squelch them with my own. Except maybe a hint about those empty coats being so dark?

Well... I did have an alternative version given there is what appears to be an empty hanger on the wall (hard to see whether that is a hanger or something else), but in that case other elements of the image may not fit. I still stick with my original interpretation as the coats' being dark is not something unusual...
