I'm overjoyed to be able to tell you that the cataract surgery in my left eye went flawlessly. Only thing is it changed from nearsighted to farsighted. So I need weak glasses while reading and at my computer, but what strength I will need can still change during the next few days. The operation itself is a pretty weird affair: they're poking around in your eye for about half an hour but you don't see a thing of what is done. Psychedelic color play during though ;-) Now is clear that the cataract filtered out much light and color too, so it's a very bright world for e now! And every time I switch on the TV I look for my glasses before realizin

So nothing happened yet. I was lying fully prepped on the operating table, well 'chair' actually. Iodine on half my face, cloth covering all of it except my right eye, a metal bracket in the socket to keep my eye lid from closing and lashes taped fast, when the ophthalmologist saw something that wasn't there at the last check the week before. She thought it was an infection, so no surgery.
In stead I had to use two kinds of eye drops against a bacterial and an unguent against a viral infection, because she wasn't sure. The checkup a week after showed no difference, conclusion: it wasn't an infection.
And now she thought it was a scar caused

Experiment! It's all good. Just have fun and give us your great stuff! One thing I notice, is that your best work comes from your 'impulse' renders. Go with it! You have so much talent there, just bottled up. Let it loose!
